This is something that should be obvious, but for the sake of the densest people out there: You are only allowed to use goodies from the goodies section, you are EXTREMELY PROHIBITED to use anything else from this site.(excluding of course, the resources I used which I do not own, you can see them in the credits.Everything here is, be it textual or graphical content, if not copyrighted, is under the Creative Commons. May stealers rot in hell.

Just respect my blog, that's all. If you are going to leave a flame, don't be a coward and at least use a valid email so I can flame you back.

Goodies

Please bear in mind that just because it's "free" it doesn't make it yours. It's still mine. I'm only sharing it to you.So you have no right to claim anything. (Unless of course, I am using your resources and you think I did not follow your rules or did not credit you properly, then proceed here).

Everything in the Goodies section is for personal use only. Obviously no commercial use, no redistribution and no modifying and claiming as your own.

  WALLPAPERS   All wallpapers are strictly for personal desktop use only. You are not allowed to use it as a layout background, avatar and whatnot.

  LAYOUTS   You are allowed to use the layouts, yes, but that doesn't mean you're allowed to use the images I used in the layouts, and that doesn't mean you're allowed to use my "About me" in those sample layouts. The credits in the layout should also remain intact.

  PHOTOSHOP STYLES and ACTIONS The only things you're allowed not to give me credit for. I'd really appreciate it if you would though.:)

  BACKGROUNDS and AVATARS   It's fine not to give a credit if you're going to use it in forums and the likes. If you are going to use it in a personal website/blog though, a credit is a must.

  GRAPHICS, BUTTON BASES and WHATEVER ELSE NOT MENTIONED   These should only be used in personal websites and blogs,and should only be used the they are.A CREDIT IS extremely required. And the credit should be somewhere visible and easy to find. (Inserting a credit in your source code is barely a credit and it's not enough.) I'm willing to make legal claims if I have to.

Link Exchange and Affiliation

I won't accept sites with adult, pirated and hateful contents. Your link will always be up in my site, so I expect my link to be always in your site too. Once I don't see my link in your site, I will remove your link right away. I would really appreciate it if you would tell me right away if you don't wanna be affiliates/linkies anymore or if you're going to move (It would be nice if you at least put a "relink to ..." notice in your homepage).

  AFFILIATION   Affiliates are located at the bottom part of my homepage. If you'd like to apply as an affiliate, you should provide an 88x31 linkable button.

  LINK EXCHANGE   Linkies are located in my blog. No need to provide a button, they're all just text links.
